Order data.

When you buy, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number so we can produce, ship, and support your order. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

Payment data.

Payments are handled by Klarna. We do not store your card details. Klarna processes your payment data as its own controller under its own policy.

Newsletter data.

If you subscribe, we store your email after a double opt-in confirmation. Lawful basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Analytics data.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 with truncated IP addresses and no advertising identifiers, to understand site usage. Lawful basis: consent.

Support data.

If you email or use the contact form, we keep that correspondence to answer you and for our records.

Necessary cookies run the cart, checkout, and security, and need no consent. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Service providers who help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider Klarna, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable form. Email hello@voxovdesign.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
